Roast

We source single origin, organic, sustainably grown cacao beans and roast them over flame.

Mill

The beans are then stone ground until smooth and chocolatey.

Age

The chocolate rests to develop deeper and more complex flavours.

Temper

By melting and cooling again we help the chocolate form a stable crystal structure before molding it into bars.

Whole Bean Coffee

We source Organic and Fair Trade coffee beans and roast in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. We serve our signature Village Roast at our cafe in Tahsis and by the bag for you to brew at home.
